In this video, we chat with Cynthia Spencer-Hadlock, the Executive Director of The Arts Center (Corvallis). Spencer-Hadlock shares how The Arts Center is building a community of local artists online and discusses their new program to provide at-home art kits for underprivileged students. Community members are urged to share art they’ve been making at home through a dedicated group at the Center’s Facebook page. Check out the video and some of the images shared from The Arts Center below.

Community members can continue to enjoy The Arts Center’s art from the comfort of their homes. Artists of all ages have been submitting poems and art pieces to the Center. Corvallis community members are encouraged to submit pieces of their own.
